It’s my pleasure to introduce our Group of companies, which is known As Ashibami Group; this Group is the fruit of our hard Works and effort Throughout the Years. Ashibami Group started in 1963 when Yemen was divided into two parts and was almost isolated from the outside world .that time it had a very limited connection with other States affecting the internal and international trade. Once the revolution took place, the Republic of Yemen had to make fast moves to adapt the changes around it, On that time the Government had applied strategic plans to improve the image of Yemen, besides there was a group of businessmen who had taken the responsibility to open the doors for the international trade which benefited Yemen at different levels. One of those businessmen was the father and founder Haj. Ghaleb M. Ashibami who assisted in the foundation of Chamber of Commerce and established the first Shoes Factory in Yemen and founded the first commercial house of the group in 1962 known as Ashibami Agencies which was later expanded to be the most famous & reliable name in stationery and paper products in Yemen, he also established the most modern factory for exercising books and paper products in 1985.
After the Unification of Republic of Yemen, , Ashibami Group had to participate and be part of the Yemen improvement by serving and strengthen the national economy also for maintaining the precious history of the Group’s name. For the purpose of expanding and improving the Business locally and regionally, Ashibami Group became one of the biggest business groups in Yemen in different fields serving.
